Louis at Magwa Falls accommodation is off the beaten track in the Transkei Wild Coast in the Eastern Cape. We are situated in Gwexintaba village in the Goso Forest, which is just 20 km outside the small town of Lusikisiki.

We have camping grounds for those who enjoy pitching tents and taking in the outdoors.

We where so lucky to find this place in iOverland app. Louis gived us super good directions to get there and we enjoyed our stay 101% ☺️ we had our own tent so we pinched it to grassy spot with amazing mountain view.

If you’re planning to visit Magwa Falls or the Eastern Cape, we couldn’t recommend Louis at Magwa Falls more! We traveled all over South Africa and Louis’ was by far our favorite place to stay!

Cheers to a great experience! Arrived as strangers and left as friends. The place is clean and well organised. Louis, his son, Magwa and his mother, Petro went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. 🙂

What a location! Louis is a delightful person, I will go back to sit and share life wisdom with him, if nothing else. His commitment to his community is astonishing. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at and with Louis.

We used Louis at Magwa Falls as a base camp to visit five waterfalls. Louis was our tour guide. The whole experience was incredible! Comfy and clean rondavels. Yummy food. Stunning views. Spectacular waterfalls. Great hosts! Thank you Louis, Adri, and Magwa.
